1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Start Cloud Ops website located at learning.startcloudops.in (the "Service") operated by Start Cloud Ops ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect simultaneous logins from different locations or IP addresses indicative of meaningful account sharing, your account may be suspended without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Start Cloud Ops and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or inclusive of private or sensitive information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Scrape or copy profiles and information of other users through any means (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, and any other technology or manual work).

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy: Start Cloud Ops offers a 7-day refund guarantee for first-time purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests outside this window or exceeding the usage limit will not be honored.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no case shall Start Cloud Ops, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
